Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

A. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

2. Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

5. Return of Goods

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Sealed Food Supplements

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.

This applies in particular to sealed food supplements or other consumable products intended for daily use, once their original seal has been broken or removed.
